On-site installation and start-up

TECNOELECTRIC GROUP, SL is the Data Controller of the User’s personal data and informs them that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), due to which it provides the following processing information:
Purposes and lawfulness of processing: maintaining a commercial relationship (for data controller’s legitimate interest, Article 6.1.f GDPR) and sending information about products or services (with the data subject’s consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Criteria for storing the data: these shall be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or while there are legal requirements that determine the custody. When no longer necessary for this reason, they shall be deleted with suitable security measures to guarantee the anonymisation of the data or their total destruction.
Communication of data: the data shall not be communicated to third parties, unless it is a legal obligation.
User’s rights:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right to access, rectification, portability and deletion of their data and limitation or objection to their processing.
- Right to file a claim before the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider the processing does not comply with current regulations.
