Quality policy

TecnoElectric Group, SL is a company that specialises in the conception, design and construction of machinery automation and in resolving or improving any industrial process.

The activities that TecnoElectric Group, SL considers in accordance to the quality required as per International Standard ISO 9001: 2015 are:

Design, production, installation and start-up of machinery and process automation.

Our Quality Policy is aimed at responding to all the stages that form part of the automation process and it is the client who defines the scope of our service, with us adapting to their needs.

This policy includes the following guidelines:

• Commitment to meeting the demands, requirements and expectations of our clients, and preventing mistakes, as well as complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Development and manufacture of highly reliable and safe products.
• We establish quality objectives, as well as the necessary strategies to achieve them.

Management makes this policy accessible and available to its clients, all employees, suppliers and other interested parties.
The Policy is updated through frequent revisions, coinciding with Management’s system revisions, to take into account the changes in the conditions of the environment and the information received.

In this sense, Management provides and will provide all human, technical and economic resources necessary to achieve the objectives and goals that are established on a scheduled and periodic basis.
