1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER

Who is the data controller of your personal data?

TECNOELECTRIC GROUP, SL is the DATA CONTROLLER for the USER’s personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

For what and why do we process your personal data?

According to the form where we have obtained your personal data, we will process them confidentially for the following purposes:

In the Contact form

• Respond to consultations or any kind of request the user makes through any of the methods of contact made available to them on the webmaster’s website. (For the legitimate interest of the data controller, Article 6.1.f GDPR)
• Carry out statistical analyses and market studies. (For the legitimate interest of the data controller, Article 6.1.f GDPR)

In the Complaints channel form

• Respond to the request made through filling out a form anonymously or personalised and give effect to it by opening the relevant procedure or, if appropriate, archiving it, in compliance of Article 33.2 of Law 2/2023 of 20 February that regulates the protection of people who report regulatory breaches and in the fight against corruption (For the legitimate interest of the data controller, Article 6.1.f GDPR) of Article 33.2 of the Whistleblower Protection Act.

In the Curriculums form

• Involve the interested party in the personnel selection processes and analyse the applicant’s profile to select a candidate for the vacant position of the data controller. (By consent of the interested party, Article 6.1.a GDPR)

How long is your personal data stored for?

Data shall be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or while there are legal requirements that determine the custody. When no longer necessary for this reason, they shall be deleted with suitable security measures to guarantee the anonymisation of the data or their total destruction.

Who do we give your personal data to?

Communication of personal data to third parties is not envisaged unless it is necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, to our communications-related service providers, with whom TECNOELECTRIC GROUP, SL has signed data processor and confidentiality agreements required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The USER’s rights are:

• Right to withdraw consent at any time.
• Right to access, rectification, portability and elimination or your data and limitation or objection to their processing.
• Right to file a claim before the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

Through the relevant boxes and by entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the

contact form or presented on downloaded forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that

their data are necessary to deal with their request, by the provider, and that therefore the inclusion of data in the

remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER are true and the former is responsible for

communicating any changes.

TECNO ELECTRIC GIRONA, SL informs that all data requested through the website are obligatory, as they are necessary

to provide an optimal service to the USER. If not all the data is provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services

provided fully meet your needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

That, in accordance with that set out in the current personal data protection regulations, TECNOELECTRIC GROUP, SL is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data for which it is responsible, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, with which they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently with regard to the interested party and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

TECNOELECTRIC GROUP, SL guarantees that it has implemented suitable technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures set out in the GDPR and LOPDGDD, for the purpose of protecting USERS’ rights and freedoms and it has suitable communicated the information to them so they may exercise them.
